Access Fee

A one-time flat fee unlocks the product for your case. This covers the infrastructure, the judge database lookups, the document processing pipeline, and the prompt engineering trained specifically for pro se defendants.

Usage Tokens

Tokens are consumed as you use the platform — uploading documents, generating analyses, running courtroom prep, and using real-time coaching. You buy tokens in bundles and spend them at your pace. Unused tokens roll over.

The Model

Why there's no monthly subscription

Most legal software charges monthly because the goal is to keep you paying indefinitely. We have the opposite goal: help you get through your case and then not need us anymore.

A subscription model misaligns our incentives with yours. If we charge monthly, we want your case to take longer. If we charge per case, we want you to win fast and not come back unless you have another case.

Monthly subscription

You pay regardless of whether your case is active. The company profits most when your case drags on. Minimum annual cost even if your case resolves in two months.

Access + tokens (our model)

You pay for the case, not the calendar. Tokens carry over. If your case ends quickly, you spend less. Our financial outcome is tied to your case outcome.

Exact pricing will be published at launch. The model is a one-time access fee plus tokens. Waitlist members receive early pricing and a token credit when the platform opens. We are intentionally keeping the number private until we finalize it because we want to set it correctly — not speculatively.
No. Unused tokens roll over indefinitely. If your case drags on or you have gaps between hearings, you're not penalized. Tokens you buy stay yours until you use them.
Yes, and that's the intended workflow for most users. Brief prepares you before you set foot in the courtroom — understanding charges, identifying weaknesses, spotting motion opportunities. Stand activates during proceedings. They share the same case context so you don't have to re-explain your situation to each product.
We are exploring limited access during our early phase for waitlist members who want to stress-test the platform on real case materials. This is not a free-forever tier — it is structured feedback access. Join the waitlist and indicate you're interested in early access.
Unused tokens carry over. If you have tokens left when your case ends, they stay in your account. If you have another case in the future — or know someone who does — the tokens are there. The access fee is non-refundable once the platform has been used.
